LuckyAcePartners reserves the right to exclude some affiliates from this promotion at its sole discretion.
LuckyAce reserves the right to modify, amend or terminate this promotion, or any aspect of it,
at any time and without prior notice.
The players referred to LuckyAcePoker.com or LuckyAceCasino.com through this promotion cannot be combined with any other special promotion that the affiliate may have.
LuckyAcePArtners.com reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to disqualify any individual or affiliate that violates these Terms and Conditions.
If the Promotion is not carried out as set forth or planned, LuckyAcePartners.com shall incur no liability.
The 75% Revenue Share will apply only to all NEW REAL MONEY players on LuckyAcePoker.com or LuckyAceCasino.com, who sign up through trackers provided to the affiliate by his/her personal account manager.
At the end of this promotion, the trackers used for the Promotion will be modified to reflect the standard deal that the affiliate has prior to his/her participation in the Promotion.

If a LuckyAcePartners.com Affiliate is reported or is caught violating the Spam Policy, using illegal or unethical methods to promote any of our internet sites, the affiliate account will immediately be closed and terminated, and the affiliate will not be entitled to receive commissions due at that time.
